Dear Neighbor:

The developer for Ecco Park, 235 Carroll Street, NW, will meet with the community to answer questions about his condo/retail project. You can see plans, pictures, etc here.

Our meeting will take place on Thursday, July 24, from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at Seekers Church, 276 Carroll Street, NW. The meeting is co-sponsored by the Old Town Residents Association of Takoma Park, Maryland.

Developer Sassan Gharai will answer questions about the building's design, construction schedule and possible retail tenants and rents.

We want to hear your comments on the developer's request to change the building's design, among other things. He will show us the changes he wants to make, along with the proposed new materials. He also wants to rent the site to a contractor to store materials and equipment for the month of August, and we'd like to hear how you feel about this.
